This is a feature packed little ride: four water bottle braze-ons, portage strap, Moots mounts for the brakes, front and rear rack braze-ons, biplane-style fork, Moots built stem and maybe even a number plate braze-on?  Almost looks like someone checked every box on the option sheet.  Might have been a show bike or employee bike?  Check below for some detailed pictures of some of the really neat frame details.
