1990 Fisher Bob Weir/Grateful Dead

Back Home Up Next

This Fisher bike was built by Tom Teesdale for Bob Weir, of the Grateful Dead. The custom paint was by Prairie Prince and served as the template for the later production Hoo Koo E Koo bike in 1995.  The custom bike is much more detailed than the production bike.  Check out the way the "bones" flow into the areas such as the brake bosses.  We received the bike as a frame and fork and tried to replicate the original build for the bike from 2 photos of Bob with the bike .
