1990 Grove Assault

The Assault was the "standard" bike in the Grove line.  Many of the other models such as the Hard Core, Woods Bike and X were more specialized but the Assault was great for general riding.  This one features the clown paint which has a white base with multi color splatter and multi color crackle spots.  Neat components include the IRD seat post and Bontrager composite fork.    Grove built the Hammerhead one piece bar/stem combo as well as the tubular cro-moly Hot Rod cranks that mount to a Grove sealed cartridge bottom bracket.
