Ellison was a relatively small builder in Texas. This particular bike features elevated stays, polished finish and a 1.25" head tube. In 1991, it may have been built with a rigid fork but could have been upgraded quickly with the Manitou fork. Parts kit is a pretty standard Shimano Deore XT package with Rapid Fire shifters and the low profile brakes.
